Description

Design and Build
The OnePlus Watch Lite is very thin and light, just 8.9mm thick and weighing either 35 grams (without strap) or 59 grams (with strap), depending on how you measure it. That makes it OnePlus’s lightest and slimmest smartwatch to date. The watch uses a 316L stainless steel frame in Silver or Black, which is paired with fluoroelastomer straps with a stainless steel buckle. Furthermore, the casing size is also reasonably compact at 44mm.

The Watch Lite is IP68 rated and can handle sweat, rain, and submersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The display is also protected by more scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass. OnePlus has also included Aqua Touch technology, which enables you to use the watch even with wet fingers.

Display
Now, coming to the display, you are getting a 1.46-inch circular AMOLED display has a 464 × 464 pixel resolution, which works out to around 326 PPI. The standout feature, as I said earlier, is the 3,000 nits peak brightness in Sports Mode. Which makes it one of the brightest smartwatches in its segment.

Performance and Software
The Watch Lite runs OxygenOS Watch 7.1, which is OnePlus’s proprietary operating system. The Watch Lite is compatible with both Android and iOS devices (iOS 14 or later), and it features a dual sync function that allows you to connect the watch to two devices simultaneously.

Health and Fitness Features
The Watch Lite also packs a 60-second Wellness Overview that captures heart health, sleep quality, and mental wellness in a single snapshot. There’s also a Mind and Body Evaluation feature that tracks energy levels and stress patterns throughout the day. Similarly, other features are quite typical. You get the same 100 activity modes, which include professional sports modes like running, tennis, badminton, and skipping rope.

For runners, the Watch Lite includes automatic lactate threshold detection, which provides post-run insights. The watch also monitors heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, stress levels, and sleep patterns.

Battery Life and Rest
The Watch Lite runs on a 375mAh battery that takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge. According to OnePlus, you will be getting to 10 days of battery life with typical use.

The Watch Lite supports Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band WiFi. There’s a built-in speaker and microphone. The watch also uses a six-axis gyroscope for motion sensing and scene detection. And finally, there’s also NFC support, but it’s specific.
