Return Policy

Technoor.me provides ease to its customers for the orders wrongly booked through the website. We have created a set of rules and regulations under which we would accept the return of products. Under this policy, Technoor.me entertains product exchange AND/OR replacement claims. To apply for a product exchange, return or replace the item, the buyer needs to understand the below procedure and follow the below conditions under claims will be applicable.

  • Return claim can only be made within 07 Days from the time the customer receives the shipment. The request needs to be submitted in written by sending an email to support@technoor.me . National holidays, regional public holidays, religious holidays and other unseen circumstances are not counted. The work will resume on the first working day after the holidays. The support team will respond accordingly to the complaint.
  • The original purchase order number should be mentioned in the subject line of the email. Proper details of the issue needs to be described in the email. Pictures, videos etc of the fault can be attached in the email also. Followed by complete name of the customer and the mobile number which was mentioned while ordering the device online.
  • The customer service staff will instruct the customer about the handling of return item(s) and assign a complaint number.
  • Return is claimable in the case of faulty product, non-functional product, broken product upon arrival and a wrong product delivered. It can be color, model, specifications to the one originally ordered.
  • After the returning period is over, technoor.me will not entertain returns.
  • When returning the items, copy of the purchasing slip should be placed as proof that product is purchased from technoor.me 
  • The item should be returned with original packing and all the accessories that were provided with it. 
  • The device has manufacturing defect(s) like constant rebooting, device not switching on, malfunction hardware or pre-installed software etc. Immediately contact technoor.me within the 07 Days of purchase.
  • A shipment wrongfully delivered to you will be accepted for replacement if the box is unopened and without scratches. In a scenario when a wrong order is delivered to you, technoor.me replaces it immediately after you report to us.  An immediate replacement will be issued to the customer. If there are scratches on the box packing, device or accessories, the value of replacement will get effected. An evaluation by technoor.me will be done before making the offer. Kindly make sure that proper packing is done before re-shipment. And pictures of final package are sent via email to avoid any conflicts.

NOTE: Customers will bare the one-side shipping costs till technoor.me incase of replacements/ returns of items.

Money Back Guarantee Offer

We offer you money back guarantee if you want to return your device in 7 days span. To return a product which is not as per customer expectation or requirement, a money back claim can be made. Kindly submit a request to customer care center within 07 days of receiving the shipment. Money back guarantee return policy includes the following terms:

  • The device should possess all the original accessories that were sent with it.
  • All the manuals and necessary packing are to be returned with it.
  • It should be in an undamaged condition free of cuts and marks on its body.
  • The refund amount does not cover the transport charges as they were paid to the delivery services.
  • For New factory packed devices: If the box is opened, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the invoice. This amount will be deducted from the invoice value. Remaining amount will be settled towards the customer.
  • In-case of a replacement request to support center for another model after using it or with just an opened box. Either way the customer will be liable to pay a 25% restocking fee. The amount will be deducted from the invoice value. Remaining amount will be returned to the customer.
  • For Used/ Pre-owned devices: if the device is faulty or non-functional then technoor.me replaces the device for the customer.
  • For Change-of-mind: if the customer changes his/her mind after purchasing the device:
    • Incase of New Product: If the request is made prior to the dispatching of the customer order from our logistics center, request of “change of mind” for replacement of device OR refund will be entertained. A 3% banking charges is applicable in case of money refunds. This is generally within 4-6 hours after placing the order OR can also be based on stock availability. In-some cases the orders are processed with the closing of same working day. In such cases, the duration is shortened to 1 hours. No guarantees are taken on the amount of time it will take to dispatch the shipment. NOTE: Please be vigilant before placing the order to avoid any inconveniences.  
    • For Used/ Pre-owned: If the request for Change of Mind is made prior to the dispatching of the shipment from our logistics center, then technoor.me will entertain the request of change of mind for replacement of device/model OR refund. A 3% banking charges is applicable in case of money refunds. This is generally within 4-6 hours after placing the order OR can also be based on stock availability. 1 – Technoor.me is only responsible for the dispatch of shipment from logistics center via DHL Logistics/ Cargo Services.
2 – It is the responsibility of the customer to track the shipment.
3 – Customer is liable to pay all customs charges/ Taxes or any other third party charges in the destination country. Technoor will is not liable to pay.
4 – In-case of tempered/ broken or damaged shipment, we request the customer to NOT CLAIM OR ACCEPT the shipment.
