• Technoor.me acquires All the brand-new products either directly from manufacturers or via authorized distribution centers and all the products come with the Standard manufacturer warranty. For warranty Claims, customers can only contact technoor.me.
  • To claim the warranty of your new purchased product, buyers should directly contact technoor.me service centers of the particular product within the city/ region.
  • We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DoA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. All DOA related cases need to be communicated to technoor.me on priority basis for return/ replacement/ refund claims within 07 working days or earlier from date of receiving the shipment by the buyer.
  • Prior to returning any item, all customers must contact our Customer Service Department on support@technoor.me and technooruae@gmail.com
  • If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 15-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer expense.
  • You are responsible to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may affect the claim, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit from technoor.me
  • All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. Example: Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag, screen protectors etc.
  • Naturally, the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been  modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by our Store to provide service.
  • The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
  • Screen protectors should be removed by the customer to service the device.


  • The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:
  • Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
  • Liquid spill on product. (This includes water, condensation, perspiration or any other form of liquid leaking into the device).
  • Product having unauthorized repairs outside of technoor.me support center.
  • There is no warranty coverage on Display. This only includes display & touch.
  • NOTTIFICATION: We strongly suggest for you to only root or unlock the bootloader of your device if you are confident in your understanding of the risks involved.
    However, by accessing resources regularly unavailable to the software, you may damage your hardware during or after the procedure. Such damage is not covered under warranty. In warranty handling, we will first need to verify that any faulty behavior is unrelated to rooting/unlocking.
