You must agree to all the prescribed terms when you shop with us and cannot claim any of the rights of the website. We have complete authority to add, modify, or remove any of the given conditions without any prior notification.
Individuals can contact our customer care department at support@technoor.me or technooruae@gmail.com for any queries about the “Terms & Conditions”, “Warranty” and “Returns & Refunds Policy”. In case you disagree with our Terms & Conditions, you may stop using our online platform. If any individuals still continue to use our website and service without accepting our terms and conditions, they will be in clear violation of the laws and will not be entitled to any claims made against us.

If any such attempt is reported regarding the changing of pictures, pages or any other authorized material of the website, prompt action will be taken against it. Similarly, if any news regarding hacking the website is reported you will be dealt with according to the Cyber laws of the United Arab Emirates
Who can use this site?
– You are either at least of the legal age of 18 years or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
-For this purpose, we grant the user a non-transferable and revocable approval to use the site, under the terms and conditions described, for the purpose of consulting information provided on the site.

Our Policy:
We have defined our exchange and return policy under return policy. Please read it carefully before making a claim. All exchanges or return items can only be processed under certain days after purchase. Details of returns can be found under the Return Policy. Failing to communicate with our support team will lead to void of return/exchange policy or the customer will be charged extra re-stocking fees apart from the 25% mentioned in the Return policy.
The company holds the right to issue multiple invoices for the orders which are placed by the buyer. If your order is delayed because of the shipping company we will not compensate you for it neither technoor.me can be held accountable for claims for delay by the courier company, but will try in our own capacity and our level best to make the delivery on a timely manner to all its customers.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Dubai, UAE. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and to waive any objections based upon venue.
(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Arbitration:
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

Termination of Account, service(s), or privileges.
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies or guidelines, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
Cancellation and Replacement Policy
Stores may cancel their listing agreement with the Site at any point in time by sending an email to their respective account manager. Cancellation will be effective within 48 hours of receipt of the email.
