With a 660 mAh battery, the T-Rex Dual Solar provides up to 25 days of typical use. Under specified solar conditions, Amazfit rates it for up to 34 days with front solar charging or 51 days with rear solar charging. GPS tracking can run for up to 41 hours in the specified accuracy mode. Actual battery life varies depending on settings, usage, temperature, and solar exposure.

For outdoor navigation and exploration, it supports preloaded base maps, downloadable contour and ski-resort maps, turn-by-turn navigation, POI search, route planning, and automatic rerouting. It also supports 180+ workout modes, Bluetooth calling, a built-in microphone and speaker, flashlight functionality, and Zepp Flow voice features.
