The Dock has a USB Type-C port for charging. There are three USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Type-A) fro connecting external peripherals like mouse and keyboard. A gigabit Ethernet connection port at the center for direct and high-speed data transfer. You get two display out options with a Display Port 1.2 and an HDMI 2.0. The Dock also has a combination of 3.5 mm jack ports for headphones and S/PDIF (microphones). Extra i/o features are an SD card reader, a USB Micro B 3.0, and extra display port 1.2.

The dock allows users to connect to a 4K UHD 60Hz display via an HDMI or DisplayPort. Please note that not all TVs support a 60hz signal from all of its inputs. The USB Type-A enables you to connect a USB-mouse and a keyboard for game controls. The RJ-45 LAN boosts your internet with a direct connection to the phone. The 3.5mm audio jack and S/PDIF audio outlet enable you to connect external speakers. This is how you transform the ROG Phone II into a desktop gaming rig.

The dock also allows users to switch instantly between ROG Phone II and  PC. The users can continue using the same gaming gear without any interruption. With the Key Mapping feature in Game Genie, users can replace touch screen actions with a keyboard and mouse. ROG Phone can be used in desktop gaming mode.
